1. Do I need to have a prescription?
Yes. A valid prescription is required from a licensed doctor from your own country and must be received by us before we approve your order. Either Fax your prescription to our toll free number 1-888-886-4066 or send a scan copy to enquiries@dispensarymeds.com Subject: Prescription copy.
Generally once we have received the prescription this can be used for refills for a period of up to 12 months, and we keep it on file for future orders.

2. How to select a Product and place an order?
Use the search box menu located in the top light blue banner and enter the name of the product that you wish to purchase and click on the GO icon. If you are unsure of the exact spelling of the product use the alphabetical search function which is also located on the right of in the top blue banner. Some categorized popular products are listed on the left side of the home page to where you can click directly on these product links to see prices and to order.
To Place an order, select the Product strength and pack size you wish to purchase and enter the order quantity on the right hand box then Click on the "Add to Cart" button located at the bottom of the table.
You now have the product you wish to order and the quantity you selected in your 'shopping cart'. To proceed with the order, click on the Checkout icon that is located at the bottom. Follow these instructions to complete your order online.

3. What is the ordering process?
There are two requirements to complete the order, once the order is placed.
1 – Prescription ONLY
When ordering a Prescription product with us, you must have a Doctor's Prescription . Once the prescription is received either via e-mail or fax, we will dispatch your order
including the relevent documents.
Over the counter products (OTC) do not require a prescription.
2 – Method of Payment
We offer four types of payment method: 1) Visa 2) MasterCard 3) JCB 4) American Express ( Amex)
You need to provide your credit card details such as card type, card number, name on card, expiry date and security ID.
This information will be entered in a secure server.

4. Are there any other means of placing an order?
Yes, toll free voice message and fax facilities are available for placing your order with us.
Placing an order via toll free Fax
Step 1 – Identify the product you wish to order and note the product number, details and price.
Step 2 – Download the order form by clicking on the 'Download order form' button located in the right hand coloum and print the form. The forms are available in HTML and Acrobat version.
Step 3 - Complete the fax order form ensuring that all required fields are completed.
Placing an order via toll free Voice Message
Step 1 – Leave your Full contact details on our toll free voice message service on 1-888-886-4066. One of our Customer service staff will contact within 48 hours to enable you to place your order by phone.

5. Is it safe to use my credit card at DispensaryMeds Limited online?
YES - Absolutely, When you place an order with us, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.

6. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged in real time when the order is placed with us. However for any reason if are unable to supply you the ordered products we will refund you the amount in full.

7. Will I receive an order confirmation?
YES - You will receive an automatic order confirmation soon after you place your order. This will give you an "Order Number" which can be used as a reference number if you have any questions regarding your order.

8. Can I check the status of my order?
YES - Simply click on My Account/Tracking order link located in the Yellow banner above . Enter your login name and password under Existing customers. Click on "List previous orders". Once you are in this menu, locate the order you are after and it will show the order Status.

9. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the order is dispatched and the payment is processed by emailing us, Please include your order number. Once the goods is dispatched/ or the payment is processed we cannot accept cancellations.

10. Can I order my refill offline?
Yes, there are two ways of ordering refills offline.

Subject heading: REFILL ORDER Provide the following details:
- Product number
- Product name
- Product Strength

- Your details such as Name, Surname, Address, Ph.
2) Voicemail: Leave your contact details and a short message on product requirements. One of our Customer service staff will make contact with you to enable you to place your order by phone.

11. How are orders delivered?
All orders are sent through registered international airmail service. This is for us to ensure that all our customers have received they orders.

You can order your supplies for a maximum of three months or 100 days for each of your prescription products. If the prescription is more than 3 months than we will fill those as refills.

If your purchase is faulty in any way we'll be pleased to replace it. Our shipping gives a 10-21 days guarantee. If you do not receive it within 21 days of shipping, at your request, we will reship the order at our expense. 15. Will you ship any prescription drugs?
We will not ship anabolic steroids, tranquilizers or opiate-containing drugs and these drugs will not be dispensed on orders containing them. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense orders for drugs where we are concerned at the potential for abuse.

16. Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you will look different . Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the same active ingredient and work in exactly the same way.
In addition, the same Brand Name pill may look slightly different from an International source than it does in the US. For example, Celexa 20mg is a peach colored pill in the US, yet the International pill is white and a little bit smaller than the US pill. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the same active ingredient, and both are made by the same company. But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer decided to make the International pill a different color.
Lastly, when comparing 2 different Generics, they will look different if they are made by 2 different companies.

17. Why do some drugs have different names outside the USA?
These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturer. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. The medications have the same active ingredients, but may look different and have a different trade name. [For example Prilosec (U.S.) and Losec (Canada)].

18. Will you accept returns if I am not satisfied?
Our returns and refunds policy does not override any existing protection you have under sale of goods laws.
You may return a purchase if:
a) It is faulty (malfunctions) b) It is damaged during transit. c) You receive the incorrect goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receiving it. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, we do not hold any responsibility.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to DispensaryMeds.
Incorrect Goods
In the unlikely event that there be an error with the picking of your order and you, or the recipient do not receive the goods intended, please notify me immediately by phone or email. We will arrange to send you the correct goods at no extra charge.

19. What is the difference between Branded and Generic Pharmaceuticals?
There is very little difference between the two. While they may not look the same, and go by different names, the generic drugs are designed to have the same effects as their branded counterparts. To help you find the product you are looking for you will often see the more familiar branded name in brackets next to the generic drugs available. All of the generic products supplied through DispensaryMeds Limited are produced to high quality standards from manufacturing plants regularly inspected by the US Food and Drug administration or equivalent local bodies.

20. Do I have to be a member to place an order?
Yes, you have to become a member. This is just to make the re-ordering process much easier where you do not have to provide us with the details again.

We stock over 1600 quality products but if you have used the search facility and still can not find the prescription drug you are looking for then contact us and we will attempt to source from our suppliers.
